What you’ll be up to:

  • Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread content for blogs, articles, website copy, social media, and marketing materials.
  • SEO Optimisation: Ensure all content is optimized for search engines to increase online visibility.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate findings into content.
  • Collaborative Projects: Work with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies.
  • Content Strategy: Assist in developing a content calendar and maintaining consistency in tone and style across all platforms.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor content performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

What we’re looking for:

We’re primarily looking for someone who is motivated to roll up their sleeves and get to work. Industry experience is optional, but many of these skills are transferable.

We’re on the lookout for someone who has some or all of these skills:

  • Proven experience as a content writer or similar role.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices.
  • Strong research skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).


  • Salary is competitive, negotiable and dependent on experience
  • Company Bonus 10% of salary once company goals are met or at the company’s discretion which has been the past 5 years in a row
  • Service Bonus of £1,000 per annum paid into your monthly salary up to 5 years / £5,000
  • We operate on a flexible hours system. That means that while your usual hours will be during normal business hours, you have plenty of flexibility within that. Want to take a long lunch break? No worries. Do your best work at 6 am? Go for it.
  • We’re a fully remote team, so no 8 am commutes into work
  • Work hard, play hard – we offer a minimum of 34 holidays a year (2 weeks of which can be taken over Christmas) 
  • You’ll also get an extra day off for your birthday, so no awkward work birthday parties
  • We have a monthly all-team meeting, which ends in a monthly all-team social
