The Brief
Zap was involved from beginning to end, from ideation to sourcing products, right through to design, eCommerce development, and marketing.
With so many choices for skincare products on the market, we wanted to keep the designs simple and clean while maintaining a feminine touch.
Our number one way of selling these products is online. We were tasked with making it as simple as possible to buy one item or multiple, and we had to find a way to have customers purchase more items per order.
The Solution
Since one of the key messages for Kady Valente was to “Get your glow back,” we wanted the product’s design to have some kind of glow. So, we chose a silver lid and used silver fonts to create a glow and shimmer. Pastel pinks and purples were used to create that feminine loo, and along with good photography and assets, the products and brand came to life.
Based on feedback, we knew that when customers use our products, they usually return again, so it was imperative that we encourage them to use more than one of our products. Our mix-and-match bulk discount was super easy to use and understand, and there was a discount incentive to make the offer even more attractive.
