Back in 2015, we ditched the traditional office. Why? Because creativity doesn’t fit neatly into 9-to-5 boxes. Now, the team works from home, a local café, or even across the globe (yes, really).
We’re still proudly based in Glasgow with a thriving local feel – we just operate globally. It’s the best of both worlds.
Our tools? Slack keeps us connected, projects stay on track, and clients are looped in too. Weekly catch-ups, monthly meet-ups, and plenty of open conversation mean you’re never out of the loop.
