Emergency Support is specifically for business critical events i.e. your website is down and you can’t get access. It covers evenings (6pm to 9pm, Monday to Friday) and weekends / bank holidays (9am to 9pm). We’ll aim to respond within 30 mins, and get the relevant team members on the case as quickly as possible.

Costs are as follows:

Premium Enterprise – no callout fee

Premium Pro – no callout fee / £89 per hour

Premium – £149 callout fee / £89 per hour

Please note: Regular misuse of the emergency system will result in a £499 callout fee.
