Emergency Support

Emergency Support is reserved for business-critical issues (e.g. your website is down or inaccessible).

Availability

Weekdays: 6pm – 9pm
Weekends & bank holidays: 9am – 9pm

We aim to respond within 30 minutes and involve the appropriate team as quickly as possible.

Pricing

£149+vat callout fee (includes the first hour)
Additional time is billed at the standard hourly rate, charged hourly thereafter.

Please note: Misuse of the emergency support system may result in a £499+vat callout fee.
