In a time when many businesses have been slowing down, Think Zap has been fortunate to experience an increased demand for our services.
Our team has been working remotely for the best part of 11 years. More recently, we have been focused on reducing the amount of time spent in meetings and re-allocating this time back to our projects. This meant that we were better equipped when working from home suddenly became the norm and communication could only be conducted online.
Amongst many other changes, the pandemic caused a lot of small businesses to recognise the need for a strong online presence. In a world where social distancing regulations limit our capacity to do business in a traditional sense, we have been approached by new clients seeking a secure and reliable website to promote their services.
To accommodate the growing demand and deliver on the efficient, high quality service we promise, we are expanding the Think Zap team. Meet our newest members…
Meet Chloe.
Travel lover and an experienced project manager. Chloe’s background is in managing websites for small businesses. She will be assisting clients with their online and offline strategies, as well as re-organising Think Zap’s own processes. Expect maximised efficiency and solid returns.
Favourite Joke: Sometimes I tuck my knees into my chest and lean forward. That’s just how I roll.
Meet Lex.
Often found with her nose in a book, Lex will be managing content for clients and Think Zap. She has a keen eye for grammar and structure, as well as a passion for words which can breathe life into any piece of copy.
Favourite Joke: The past, present and future walked into a bar. It was tense.
Meet Ross.
Night owl and a wizard in all things related to backend development. Ross was hired earlier this year to support the existing web design team. His skills were essential in the creation and implementation of our unbeatable competition plugin for WordPress platforms. Ross’s latest project for Think Zap is a custom-built wedding directory.
Favourite Joke: This morning I was wondering where the sun was. But then it dawned on me!
Meet ???

Favourite Joke: I saw a really well crafted PPC ad today. It made such a good impression.
Good luck and Goodbye, Stevie.
This month, we also said a farewell to one of our founding members, Stevie Jukes.
Stevie started the company as Zap Designs back in 2009. In 2011, he joined forces with Steven Sefton. Four year later, as the company grew organically and offered services beyond design, Zap Designs became Think Zap.
“Stevie’s keen eye for creativity has helped Think Zap grow year on year, over the past 11 years. His excellent designs meant that small and micro businesses could receive the same high quality designs as larger agencies.
Even with the re-branding of Think Zap, we have maintained the fun and vibrant colours which stems from Stevie’s influence.”
Steven Sefton, Director
Stevie will be pursuing a career in music on a full time basis after he and his band SAINT PHNX secured a record deal. A talented musician as well as designer, Stevie has been on tour with notable acts, including Lewis Capaldi and Yungblud, and recently released his first album. He is currently working on the second album, which is due to come out next year.
We wish Stevie all the best for the future and will be listening out for his music in the charts!
